Thanks to Allah, we granted to celebrate raya once again. This year around, my raya preparation not that much. From time, to budget, most of it allocated for my big day end of this year. Not much things can be done during the weekdays. Most of it during weekends. That is why lately, my weekends also fully occupied. I missed MEKAR iftar once, luckily manage to attend the second mini MEKAR iftar. Hahaha… Last month, as Ramadhan, every weekends full with iftar cum gath, the orangGila clan, MEKAR, UMPcivil, Dak2MatrixMelaka, and few more. I thought fasting can make me fasten my belt at least 1 hole shorter, but seem like i can only manage to maintain the current hole… Fuh  ~

As previous year, my family not really dig cookies from outside. So normally me and angah will bake few cookies for raya. This year, as previously I always bake chocolate chip cookies and angah this year with his Pumpkin Seed cookies. Beat 2 block of butter, 4 eggs, some vanilla essence, one cup of sugar, another cup of brown sugar (haha feeling guilty if put whole coarse sugar). Then mix with folded baking powder, soda, salt, 4 cups of flour, 5 cups of oat flour (also for the guilty feeling, oat good for health), lotsa choco chips, some grated cooking choco and mortared hazel nut. Bake at 210C walla ~ My cookies of the year… ~ hahahaha

A lot of things happened before raya, spent almost 2K just for the car. That is one of the reason why with the moderate raya this year. Hehehe nontheless, I’m still enjoying my raya the best with the best people in my life ;)
