This post was actually written on 2nd September 2007 else where. Putting it here, so that easier for me to refer it in the future, also to share with you guys ;)

** 2 hari yang indah bersama acer aspire 4310 **

setelah laptop ini terpaksa di”XP”kan, dengan menggunakan teknik slipstream, barulah XP boleh diinstall.

Instal Windows XP:

ramuan:
1 – CD windows XP
2 – nlite http://www.nliteos.com/download.html
3 – SATA Driver http:// r a p i d s h a r e . c o m /files/42244341/SATA_Raid.rar.html <-- repair ur self the link, hahaha dis stupid server restrict this link
4 - CD Kosong (lebih bagus guna CDRW, boleh guna balik kalau tersilap)

cara-cara:
1 - masukkan CD WINXP
2 - mula nlite
- cari pemacu CD/DVD yang mengandungi CD WINXP
- pilih destinasi yg bersesuaian untuk WINXP - contoh: C:\CDXP

- mulakan proses menyalin
- setelah selesai, tutup nlite.

3 – extract SATA DRIVER

4 – cari: iastor.sys
- masukkan salinan fail tersebut ke C:\CDXP\I386
- buka folder C:\CDXP\I386 dan cari: TXTSETUP.SIF
- buka guna: notepad
- cari seksyen: [SourceDisksFiles]
- masukkan: iastor.sys = 1,,,,,,_x,4,1
- cari seksyen: [HardwareIdsDatabase]
- masukkan: PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_27C5&CC_0106 = “iaStor”
- cari seksyen: [SCSI.Load]
- masukkan: iastor = iastor.sys,4
- cari seksyen: [SCSI]
- masukkan: iastor = “Intel� 82801GBM SATA AHCI Controller (Mobile ICH7M/DH)”

5 – SAVE TXTSETUP.SIF

6 – Buka semula nlite: selepas anda selesai semua langkah2 di atas, tekan next hingga jumpa ini:

7 – selepas memilih “option” di atas, teruskan ke:

8 – anda boleh membakar CD anda sekarang

9 – sekarang anda boleh format pemacu keras anda dengan Windows XP
