For the first time in V3-E-S4 there held the AGM meeting. This meeting was propose by Hassan (A housemate from Sudan) and held in khalis and rentap room(Room no 3).

Topik yang diutarakan adalah berkisar mengenai pengunaan selipar di dalam rumah, kebersihan dapur terutamanya sinki, dan penggunaan toilet. So pada mesyuarat kali ini telah di hadiri oleh:
Bilik 1: Rashdan dan teman sebiliknya
Bilik 2: Hassan dan Bakri
Bilik 3: Khalis dan Rentap
Bilik 4: Milad
Bilik 5: Khairil dan Hafizi
Bilik 6: Omar

In the first round, the usage of footware in the house, as predicted, Khalis come up with the issue that he can tolerate with Milad wearing shoes in the house. The situation slightly heat up when Milad say Khalis go to the toilet without wearing slippers. However, Khalis said he wash his foot and wipe it of before entering the house. Then Hassan explain to Milad about Malaysian culture then take off their shoes before entering the house. Then Bakri suggest to Milad to buy an extra slippers just to use in the house, not outside, not in the bathroom. And all residents are reminded to remind their friend not to wear shoes in the house.

Selepas habis meyuarat kasut, kami beralih ke mesyuarat dapur. Hassan mengingatkan agar kebersihan sinki dijaga. Jangan melimpahkan sinki yang tersumbat. Topik ini tidak dibincangkan terlalu panjang.

After that, the toilet. Hassan remind all of us that please flush after use the toilet. Then he said please do not shave and leave your hairs in the sink.

Selepas topik yang akhir habis dibincangkan, mesyuarat pun ditutup.

ahaks aku takder kerja… tapi mesyarat semalam mmg hangat. hahah esp time bab selipar tue… rentap dah macam bersilat kat tengah2 bilik tue… huhu seram gak aku… aku tak berbunyi sgt semalam. sebab main point adalah kasut, yg maner rentap, rashdan dan khalis selalunyer komplen, dapur yg maner hassan yg selalu komplen dan toilet, yg semua guna. walaupon agak tegang meeting semalam, kiter org bleh jugak la gelak2.. yeah now i know my all housemate… huhuu… tapi usaha hassan nak buat mesyuarat nie mmg aku respect aaa… sebab kiter org mmg lamer dah berbulu ngan isu selipar lam rumah nie… huhu rentap dah 2 3 kali bising… haha…
